FAQ

DELIVERY

Orders take 2 days to process, once placed.

Australia:

Orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post or Sendle and will then take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered. If you require something even sooner please select Express Post, which take 1-2 days.

International:

International Orders take 7 - 30 days.  If you require something sooner, please select Express Post which takes 7-15 days.

 Due to Covid-19, delivery times are now delayed worldwide.  This is beyond our control and each location defers in timing.

SHIPPING

Australia:

Shipping is $8.95 for Standard Shipping (Bags and Shoes).  

 Express Shipping is $13.95.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $89.

 

Worldwide Shipping:

Shipping is FREE for International Orders over $89

International Orders under $89 are at a flat rate of $20

Please request Express Shipping if you require anything urgent - $20 flat fee.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us via email on info@ammosaccessories.com.au. If the item has a minor problem we will repair it if possible and return it to you within 10 working days. If the item has a major fault we will offer you a replacement in the first instance, or credit note.  Many of our items are delicate, and have embellishments and beading.  These may come off with wear and tear, and we recommend that you appreciate your sandals and ensure they are cared for.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your Ammos purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return an item we will provide you with either a credit note or an exchange, one of which will be chosen based on your reason for return.  Upon return of goods (postage to returned goods are covered by the customer), a credit note is issued to exchange for something else.  Postage for the return is to be covered by yourself.

You are required to email us before returning any item.

Many items have been carefully hand made.  Slight irregularities or variations are not be regarded as defects.

 

There are NO RETURNS on sale items.

CONDITIONS

Ammos accessories exchanges are subject to the following conditions and all of the bellow must be adhered to for this to happen.

    - You return the item within 14 days of purchase

    - Return the item in original saleable condition

    - Your return item must not be soiled, washed, used or worn

    - Original tags must be attached to the item

    - The return form must be complete

    - Invoice returned with item




    If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Ammos Accessories reserves the right to refuse an exchange, or credit note.
    Shipping and handling costs for the return of all goods are not refundable.
    We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items

    - Hair & ear Accessories
    -Underwear/Swimwear
